PAYMENT & ORDERS
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal,
CANCELLING MY ORDER
Our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of your payment. If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us to request a modification and/or cancellation. After this time, please return the product to us as indicated in our returns policy.
ORDER PROCESSED ?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your purchase. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us.
DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
DELIVRY TIME
All our trucker hats are made to order and delivered on average within 8 to 10 working days. This includes both production and dispatch.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on our website.
I HAVENT'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, we advise you to :
- check the status of your order using the tracking number you received by e-mail,
- check that the delivery address is correct,
- contact your local delivery service if you have missed the delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
OUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Contact us at info@trucker-hat.com and we'll give you all the necessary instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the event of an error on our part.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 10 working days to your original payment method.
